2009 Spring Season AYSO Registration (U7 - U19) |
Spring registration ends December 31, 2008!
Spring-registration Fee: $70 per player
General Information:
• Only players that participated to the Fall '08 season are eligible.
• Children of volunteers that donated a substantial amount of their time to AYSO in the Fall '08 season will be given first priority when forming teams.
• Next priority will go to children of volunteers who have committed to a specific volunteer position for the Spring '09 season.
• Registration Fee per player is $70.00.
• To register send your check (payable to AYSO Region 111) and a SIGNED copy of your Fall Player Registration form (log on to eAYSO to print a duplicate copy) and mail it to or drop it off at:

YOU MAY USE A SINGLE CHECK THAT COVERS MULTIPLE PLAYERS. PLEASE PUT THE PLAYER'S NAME AND DIVISION ON THE 'FOR' LINE.
