AYSO Region 111 Registration Information

Effective 2/15/12, Spring 2012 Registration is closed and
Fall 2012 registration is open.

Registration is open for anyone age 4 to 18, as of July 31, 2012.

Fall registration will consist of mail in and walk in registration.

Early registrations received by March 31, 2012 are $140.

Registrations received on or after April 1, 2012 are $170.

Registrations received after June 30, 2012, will be placed onto a wait list and onto teams only if space is available. 

May to July 2012, Volunteer coaches are identified and trained.  August 2012, Teams are formed; Practices begin; Volunteer referees are identified and trained.  September to November 2012, Practices and Games take place weekly.

Returning fall 2011 registered players will be mailed a fall 2012 player registration form and mail in registration instructions by March 1, 2012.  To register for fall 2012, sign the registration form and send the payment in the attached envelope.

New Fall 2012 players will be able to register via mail in registration or walk in registration.

To register a new player via mail in registration:

1. Go to eayso.org

2. Select “My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer”

3. Complete information and enter region “111”

4. Print and sign 2 page player registration form

5. Make a copy of birth certificate or passport

6. Create a check or money order, payable to AYSO Region 111 for $140 thru 3/31 and $170 on or after April 1, 2012

7. Send the player form, copy of proof of birth date and payment to:

Cash payments and scholarship requests must be made at the walk in Registration.

Walk in registration is Saturday, March, 17, 2012, from Noon to 4 PM at the new La Pata Vista Hermosa Community Park at 987 Avenida Vista Hermosa, San Clemente, CA 92673.

Please complete the following steps prior to arriving at walk in registration:

2. Select “My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer”

3. Complete information and enter region “111”

4. Print and sign 2 page player registration form

5. Make a copy of birth certificate or passport

6. Create a check or money order, payable to AYSO Region 111 for $140 or bring cash
